Al Nassr continued their perfect start to the Saudi Professional League season with a convincing 4–0 victory over Al Riyadh.

Al Nassr took control of the match in the 18th minute, with Abdullah Al Amri opening the scoring.

The home side then doubled their advantage just before half-time, with Brazilian striker Angelo finding the net in first-half stoppage time to give Al Nassr a 2–0 lead at the break.

Al Nassr continued their dominance after the restart and extended their advantage in the 58th minute, as João Félix scored to make it 3–0.

The final goal came in the 83rd minute, when substitute Cristiano Ronaldo completed the rout with Al Nassr's fourth goal.

The victory keeps Al Nassr at the top of the Saudi Professional League table with six points, ahead of second-placed Al Hilal on goal difference.

Ronaldo reaches another milestone

The goal was also another landmark moment for Ronaldo. The Portuguese superstar has now reached 103 Saudi Pro League goals, moving level with Mohamed Al-Sahlawi as the league's all-time top scorer.

Ronaldo's latest goal also takes his reported career tally to 977 goals, leaving him just 23 goals away from the remarkable 1,000-goal milestone.

With Al Nassr maintaining a perfect start and Ronaldo continuing to rewrite the record books, the Saudi Pro League promises another fascinating season.
