Chief Executive Officer of the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), Eng. Adeeb Yousuf Al Aama, paid a courtesy call on President Dr Mohamed Muizzu yesterday evening at the Official Residence of the President, Mulee’aage.

During the meeting, the President and the CEO held high-level discussions focused on strengthening bilateral economic cooperation, expanding trade development, and exploring avenues for infrastructure financing to support the Maldives' national growth agenda.

Both leaders highlighted the vital role of strategic financial partnerships in driving sustainable development across key sectors of the Maldivian economy.

Concluding the call, the President and the ITFC CEO reaffirmed their shared commitment to deepening the longstanding relationship between the Maldives and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group affiliate.
