The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) and Maldivian, the National Airline of the Maldives, have entered into a significant partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement was formalized on the morning of August 15, 2024, at MMPRC Headquarters, with MMPRC’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO and MD), Mr. Ibrahim Shiuree, and Maldivian’s Managing Director, Mr. Ibrahim Iyas, representing their respective organizations.
This strategic collaboration aims to harness the combined strengths of both MMPRC and Maldivian to enhance tourism development across the Maldives. The partnership will focus on creating innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to attract visitors globally. Efforts will include business-to-consumer marketing, branded advertisements, promotional activities, and expansive global campaigns.
