Hulhule Island Hotel has announced the return of Ibrahim Naeem as its Executive Chef, marking a homecoming for the esteemed culinary expert. Having previously served as Sous Chef and Kitchen Executive at the hotel from 2016 to 2019, Ibrahim is renowned for his innovative culinary approach, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence.
During his earlier tenure, he led a highly skilled, predominantly Maldivian team, securing consistent victories at Hotel Asia and FHAM competitions from 2006 to 2017. His expertise in maintaining exceptional food quality, staff management, and customer satisfaction played a crucial role in elevating the hotel’s culinary reputation.
Since then, Ibrahim has continued to make strides in the culinary industry, holding notable positions such as Director of Operations at KHG Hotels. Since 2023, he has also served as Country President of the World Association of Master Chefs, further solidifying his influence in the field. Additionally, he has been a certified judge with the World Chef Organization since 2021.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ibrahim has pursued advanced training in fine dining and molecular gastronomy in India. He also holds a Food Protection Manager Certification from the American National Standards Institute and has undergone SATS Yellow Belt Training in Singapore.
