Police Recover Stolen Items Worth MVR 2 Million in Galolhu

The Maldives Police Service has successfully recovered items worth approximately MVR 2 million that were stolen from a house in Galolhu. The recovered items have since been returned to their rightful owner.
In a statement posted on X (formerly Twitter) tonight, the police detailed that the theft occurred yesterday. Prompt action by the Galolhu Police Investigation and Response and Patrol teams led to the swift recovery of the stolen goods immediately after the case was reported.
A photograph released by the police showcases the recovered items, which include a significant amount of US dollars and various electronic equipment. This highlights the efficiency and effectiveness of the collaborative efforts between the investigation and patrol units.
