SkillUp Job Preparation Workshop Begins in Dhangethi

The first day of the SkillUp Job Preparation Workshop in Adh. Dhangethi got underway with participants taking part in a series of sessions focused on personal development, leadership and workplace readiness.

The programme began with a peace-building session conducted by the National Counter Terrorism Centre, followed by a Living Values session led by the Maldives Police Service.

Participants also took part in a team-building activity, designed to strengthen communication, cooperation and teamwork.

The day continued with sessions on leadership and management, providing participants with practical knowledge and skills to help them develop as future professionals and leaders.

A session on financial literacy was also held, introducing participants to important financial knowledge and responsible money-management practices.

The workshop aims to equip participants with valuable skills and knowledge to better prepare them for employment and future career opportunities.
