The Maldives Meteorological Service (MMS) has issued a White Alert for the entire country, warning of strong winds and rough sea conditions on Thursday, November 30, 2024.

According to the advisory, the alert will be in effect from 06:30 PM to 01:00 AM.

Winds are expected to range between 19-24 mph, with gusts reaching up to 40 mph. Travelers, fishermen, and residents in coastal areas are advised to exercise caution, as the rough sea conditions could pose risks to marine activities and low-lying areas.
