Aushan and Raidh Lead MPL Into BML One Game Men’s Final

MPL secured their place in the BML One Game Inter-Office Beach Handball Men’s Division final after defeating HDC 2–0 in the semi-final.

MPL dominated both sets, winning the opening set 18–12 before completing the victory with a 20–16 win in the second set.

Ahmed Aushan was named Player of the Match after playing a key role in MPL’s impressive performance. Aushan and Raidh Rasheed each scored 16 goals, providing the attacking firepower that helped MPL overcome HDC.

MPL goalkeeper Vishan Abdul Majeed was also instrumental in the victory, making an outstanding 12 saves throughout the match.

For HDC, Ahmed Shaaneez and Mohamed Firunas Abdulla scored eight goals each, while goalkeeper Mohamed Rameez made five saves. Despite their efforts, HDC were unable to force the match into a deciding set and saw their hopes of reaching the final come to an end.

MPL’s victory confirms their place in the championship final, with their strong attacking display and excellent goalkeeping proving decisive in the semi-final.
