Siyam World reignited their Resort League 2026 – Noonu Zone campaign with an impressive 3-1 victory over Cheval Blanc, securing their first win of the tournament.

The victory came in Siyam World's third match of the competition after opening with back-to-back defeats, while it also handed Cheval Blanc their first loss of the campaign.

Siyam World made a bright start and took the lead in the 16th minute of the first half through Mohamed Naahiz. They doubled their advantage in first-half stoppage time when Abdulla Ishaan found the net, giving Siyam World a comfortable 2-0 lead at the break.

The second half was a more evenly contested affair, but Siyam World remained in control. They added a third goal in the 28th minute of the second half to put the result beyond doubt.

Cheval Blanc managed to pull one back in stoppage time through Ahmed Afrah, but it proved to be nothing more than a consolation as Siyam World celebrated a deserved 3-1 victory.

For his influential display, including a goal in the first half, Abdulla Ishaan was named Man of the Match.

Following the result, Siyam World move up to fourth place with three points from three matches, while Cheval Blanc remain second on the table with four points from three games.

With one league match remaining for both teams, the race for the knockout stage remains wide open. The league winners will advance directly to the final, while the second and third-placed teams will face each other in a playoff semi-final to determine the second finalist.
