HDC Launches Estate Security Services to Enhance Safety in Hulhumalé

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has launched Estate Security Services in Hulhumalé as part of efforts to strengthen safety and security in the area.
The service was officially introduced during the “Safer Hulhumalé” event held in Farukolhufushi, led by HDC Managing Director Ali Zuhair. The ceremony also saw the unveiling of the uniform and logo for the newly established security service.
HDC stated that the initiative aims to modernise and standardise security services in Hulhumalé, provide professional training for security personnel, and enhance monitoring systems to better protect residents and property.
The programme forms part of HDC’s wider efforts to maintain peace, address community concerns, and develop Hulhumalé into a safe, modern, and vibrant city.
