Five Teams Debut Special Liveries for United States GP in Austin

For the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas, five of the ten Formula 1 teams have rolled out unique, race-weekend liveries that depart dramatically from their standard designs. Williams, McLaren, Haas, Racing Bulls and Aston Martin are all running bespoke visuals this weekend in a bold tribute to their heritage, partners or local culture.
Williams has revived a retro 2002 scheme in honor of its title sponsor Atlassian, the same year the company was founded. McLaren’s special livery leans into a tech motif, featuring the visual identity of Google’s Gemini AI. Haas has embraced a “Born in the USA” theme for its home race. Racing Bulls went with a tortoise-inspired aesthetic, and Aston Martin overlaid its car with scientific formulas and data graphics to reflect a “science meets speed” approach.
The reveal came late for McLaren and Williams relative to their competitors, but all teams have worked swiftly to integrate the new liveries into race operations. The effect is striking — the paddock will light up under floodlights this weekend with designs that are as much celebration as branding exercise.
These special liveries are temporary, intended just for this round in Austin (and in some cases also for Mexico City). But fans have already begun debating which design makes the strongest statement.
Would you like me to send you side-by-side images of all five or a breakdown of the technical changes needed to support them?
