BML Employees Earn Executive Leadership Certification from Singapore Management University

Bank of Maldives (BML) celebrated the achievement of its employees who graduated from the prestigious Leadership and People Management Program of the Singapore Management University (SMU).

A total of twenty employees earned the Executive Certificate in Leadership and People Management from SMU, completing a rigorous and interactive curriculum that blended discussion-driven teaching, experiential learning, case studies, and practical exercises — equipping participants to apply advanced leadership concepts within real-world banking operations.

In addition, another twenty employees received the Certificate in Leadership and People Management through the BML Academy, following the successful completion of a certificate-level program offered in partnership with SMU.

Mohamed Shareef, CEO and Managing Director of Bank of Maldives, emphasized the initiative’s strategic importance, stating:
