Ifuru Island Maldives has launched a new culinary experience celebrating the vibrant flavors and soulful traditions of Indian cuisine — the Indian Thali at Social House. This signature dining experience blends authenticity with island elegance, offering guests a rich, balanced, and unforgettable journey through India's diverse culinary landscape.
Rooted in the Ayurvedic Six Taste Theory, the Indian Thali is crafted to deliver harmony in flavor and nourishment. Guests can enjoy a lavish spread that includes Jhinga Laziz, Butter Chicken, Boti Masala, Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, and Tomato Rasam. Complementing the mains are Jeera Rice, Paratha, Mango Chutney, Masala Onion, Papadum, and a Gulab Jamun Cheesecake for a sweet finish.
“Crafting this Indian Thali has been a labor of love,” said Nadedja Bouacha, Executive Chef at Ifuru Island Maldives. “Each element is carefully prepared to honor India’s diverse culinary heritage while offering our guests a rich, comforting, and authentic experience in a setting as extraordinary as our island.”
Available now at Social House — the resort’s renowned dining venue celebrated for its global-meets-local approach — the Indian Thali promises a warm, flavorful, and mindful experience for both connoisseurs of Indian cuisine and curious first-timers.
More than just a meal, the Indian Thali at Ifuru Island is a celebration of culture, comfort, and culinary craftsmanship in paradise.
