Minister Shaheem Departs for Islamabad to Attend Conference on Girls' Education

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, has traveled to Islamabad, Pakistan, to participate in the International Conference on 'Girls' Education in Muslim Communities: Challenges and Opportunities'.
The event, organized by the Muslim World League (Rabita al-Alam al-Islami), aims to tackle the pressing challenges and identify opportunities to promote girls' education within Islamic societies.
In addition to representing the Maldives, Minister Shaheem will attend the conference in his capacity as a Supreme Council Member of the Muslim World League. He is scheduled to deliver a keynote address during the religious session, focusing on pivotal educational issues impacting Muslim communities globally.
The Minister's visit is planned for two days, during which he will also engage with key stakeholders and participants to advocate for advancing education in Muslim societies.
