30 Participants Undergo MNCC Cadet Instructor Training

The Maldives National Cadet Corps (MNCC) Cadet Instructor Qualification Course 2026 commenced on 5 August 2026 at the Girifushi Training Centre, with 30 participants taking part in intensive training to qualify as Cadet Instructors.
The course, which is scheduled to continue until 15 August, is focused on developing the skills and knowledge required to effectively train and guide cadets.
As part of the programme, participants are receiving training in leadership, instruction, discipline and practical skills, while also gaining a stronger understanding of the responsibilities and standards expected of a Cadet Instructor within the MNCC.
The qualification course plays an important role in strengthening the instructor capacity of the Maldives National Cadet Corps. Through the development of qualified instructors, the programme aims to ensure that cadets receive structured, professional and high-quality training.
The initiative also contributes to strengthening the overall training framework of the MNCC and preparing instructors capable of guiding and developing the next generation of Maldivian cadets.
