Bayern Munich have reached an agreement to sign highly rated Senegalese midfielder Bara Sapoko Ndiaye on a permanent deal after an impressive loan spell with the German champions.
The 18-year-old caught the attention of Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany with a series of outstanding performances last season, convincing the club to trigger a permanent move.
According to reports, Ndiaye's former club Gambinos Stars will receive a transfer fee of around €3 million, while the youngster is expected to sign a contract that will keep him at the Allianz Arena until June 2031. The official announcement is expected to be made next week.
Ndiaye is set to begin pre-season with Bayern's first team, where he will have the opportunity to impress Kompany and earn a place in the senior squad for the upcoming campaign. Although a loan move remains an option, the club will only consider that later if regular first-team opportunities become limited.
The move marks another remarkable milestone in Ndiaye's young career, taking him from Senegal to the Allianz Arena, one of football's most iconic stadiums.
With Bayern continuing to invest in emerging talent, the signing of Bara Sapoko Ndiaye highlights the club's long-term vision of developing the next generation of stars while maintaining their dominance in German and European football.
