BML Breaks Ground for New Branch in R. Alifushi

Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced the expansion of its services in R. Alifushi with the groundbreaking ceremony for a new branch.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of Cities, Local Government and Public Works Adam Shareef Umar, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, and senior officials of the Bank.

Speaking at the event, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef said:“Establishing a new branch in Alifushi represents a significant advancement in expanding our footprint within R. Atoll. The new branch, expected to be completed next year, will bring our full suite of banking services even closer to the community.”

BML currently operates branches in Ungoofaaru, Dhuvaafaru, and Meedhoo, serving communities across R. Atoll.
