Visit Maldives, in partnership with the High Commission of the Republic of Maldives in Bangladesh, showcased the destination at the Asian Tourism Fair 2025 (ATF 2025), held from 18–20 September in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Recognized as one of Asia’s leading tourism showcases, ATF-Dhaka 2025 brought together government bodies, private sector stakeholders, and development agencies, creating a vibrant platform for networking, partnership building, and cultural exchange.
Alongside the main B2B and B2C exhibition, the fair featured green initiative showcases, community-based tourism marts, skills conventions, seminars, workshops, and cultural performances, adding further value for participants and visitors.
Under the official Visit Maldives banner, Maldivian co-exhibitors presented digital brochures, videos, and promotional materials, providing direct engagement with international travel trade professionals. This presence ensured that resorts, hotels, and tourism-related businesses from the Maldives gained visibility in one of Bangladesh’s most important travel fairs.
Participation in ATF 2025 further promoted the Maldives as a premier tourism destination, while enhancing B2B and B2C linkages with government bodies, private stakeholders, and regional partners. The fair also created opportunities to generate leads and build long-term business partnerships, strengthening the Maldives’ presence in the Bangladeshi market and beyond.
