BML Completes ATM Network Across Faafu Atoll

With the inauguration of ATMs in F. Dharanboodhoo and F. Magoodhoo, the Bank of Maldives (BML) has now established ATMs on every inhabited island of Faafu Atoll.
President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, cabinet ministers, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, and other BML executives attended the inauguration ceremony at Dharanboodhoo.
Speaking at the event, CEO Mohamed Shareef highlighted that providing 24-hour self-service ATMs across all inhabited islands in Faafu Atoll will bring great convenience to residents. He described the expansion as a significant step in BML’s efforts to ensure easy and accessible banking services nationwide.
Currently, BML provides services in 20 atolls through 42 branches, 182 self-service banking centres, 228 ATMs, and widespread Agent Banking services.
