MNATS to Host Open Day at Velana International Airport

The Maldives National Air Traffic Service (MNATS) has announced that it will hold an Open Day at Velana International Airport on Saturday, 20 September 2025.
The event, which will run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, is designed to showcase the services provided by MNATS, give visitors a chance to tour its facilities, and highlight the work of staff across different areas of the National Air Navigation Service.
Participation will be limited to 200 people, and advance registration is required. Registration will remain open until 11 September, though MNATS noted it will close earlier if all available slots are filled.
In a statement, MNATS said the Open Day reflects its commitment to raising public awareness about air traffic management and its crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient aviation operations in the Maldives.
