FM Dr Khaleel Extends Condolences to China Following Xizang Earthquake

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, Wang Yi, following the devastating earthquake that struck Dingri County in the Xizang Autonomous Region yesterday.
In his message, Dr. Khaleel expressed profound sadness over the tragic loss of lives, injuries, and extensive damage to property and infrastructure. He extended sympathies on behalf of the Maldivian government and its people, offering support to the affected families and communities during this time of national distress in China.
The Foreign Minister reaffirmed the Maldives' solidarity with the Chinese government and people and conveyed assurances of his highest consideration in addressing this tragedy.
