President Appoints Fuad Thaufeeq as Maldivian Ambassador to Thailand

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Fuad Thaufeeq of Machangolhi Thalamudige as the new Maldivian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand. The credentials were formally presented during a ceremony held at the President's Office this morning.
Fuad Thaufeeq brings extensive experience to the role, having previously served as Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also held the position of Chairman of the Elections Commission, showcasing his leadership and dedication to public service.
As the newly appointed ambassador, Fuad Thaufeeq is expected to further strengthen diplomatic relations between the Maldives and Thailand, fostering mutual cooperation and enhancing bilateral ties.
