President Muizzu Condemns Attack on Turkish Aerospace Industries Headquarters!

President His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones affected by the tragic attack on the headquarters of Turkish Aerospace Industries near Ankara.
In a message addressed to His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, President Dr. Muizzu expressed deep sorrow upon hearing of the incident and strongly condemned the attack on behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives.
The message concluded with a reaffirmation of the Maldives' solidarity with the brotherly and sisterly people of Türkiye, alongside prayers for the swift recovery of those injured.
The incident occurred on October 23, 2024, when a vehicle carrying explosives was driven into the facility, resulting in several injuries. Turkish authorities responded swiftly to the attack, securing the area and launching investigations into the background of the assailants.
