HDC and MPL March Into Semifinals After Quarter-Final Wins

HDC and MPL have secured their places in the semi-finals of the BML One Game Inter-Office Beach Handball Tournament Men's Division after convincing 2–0 quarter-final victories.

A total of 11 teams competed in this year's men's tournament, divided into three groups. The top two teams from each group, along with the two best third-placed teams, advanced to the quarter-finals.

HDC 2–0 GAAFU

HDC continued their perfect campaign with a comfortable 2–0 victory over GAAFU.

The Group B winners controlled the opening set, securing a 14–10 victory before finishing the match with a 24–18 win in the second set.

Ahmed Razunee Mohamed was named Player of the Match for his performance.

HDC reached the knockout stage as Group B winners with a 100 percent winning record, while GAAFU qualified as one of the two best third-placed teams after finishing third in Group C.

MPL 2–0 MWSC

MPL also produced a dominant quarter-final performance, defeating MWSC 2–0.

The Group A champions cruised through the opening set 20–8 and maintained their momentum to win the second set 26–10, completing another convincing victory.

Raidh Rasheed was named Player of the Match after another impressive performance.

MPL advanced as Group A winners with a perfect winning record, while MWSC reached the quarter-finals as the second-best third-placed team after finishing third in Group B.

With HDC and MPL now through to the semi-finals, the championship race is entering its decisive stage as the remaining teams battle for places in the final.
