The 12th Inter Office Carrom Tournament 2026 will officially get underway on 2 August, marking the return of the popular competition after its last edition was held in 2024.

A total of 10 teams will compete this year, with six men's teams and four women's teams battling for top honours in what promises to be another exciting tournament.

The championship will feature singles, doubles and team events in both the men's and women's divisions. The singles and doubles competitions will follow a knockout format, while the team events will begin with a group stage before progressing to the knockout rounds.

The tournament will also see a change in the men's competition, as 2024 champions MPL will not defend their title after opting not to participate this year. In the women's division, Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) return as the defending champions and will aim to retain their crown.

With the absence of the men's defending champions opening the field, several teams will be looking to seize the opportunity to lift the championship trophy, while MIB will face strong competition in their quest for back-to-back women's titles.
