Kandooma Unveils Special Eid Getaway Packages

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives has launched special Eid getaway packages for families and couples, offering a range of experiences aimed at relaxation, adventure, and quality time in the Maldives.

Located in the South Malé Atoll just 45 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport, the resort said the offers are designed to provide guests with a balance of comfort, value, and island experiences during the Eid holiday period.

According to the resort’s Director of Marketing and Sustainability, Sharon Garrett, short island escapes and opportunities to reconnect with loved ones have become increasingly important for travellers.

The resort is offering two exclusive Eid packages available through direct bookings.

The “Family Getaway” package, requiring a minimum four night stay, includes accommodation, WiFi, daily breakfast and dinner, along with children’s activities such as Kids Club gifts, family pizza making sessions, and movie nights. Parents are also offered a romantic beach dinner experience. The package additionally includes the resort’s “Kids Eat and Stay Free” offer and complimentary daily dives for certified divers under the Dive Free Programme.

Meanwhile, the “Island Romance” package offers a three night experience tailored for couples, featuring breakfast in bed, a beach picnic lunch, romantic beach dining, and complimentary diving benefits for certified divers.

The resort also highlighted its internationally recognised surf and dive experiences, including the popular Kandooma Right surf break and nearby dive sites. Guests can also access wellness treatments at the COMO Shambhala spa located on the island.
