Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa has announced a festive Eid Al-Adha programme featuring cultural experiences, family activities, wellness offerings, and beachside celebrations.

Located just 15 minutes from Velana International Airport, the resort said the celebrations will combine Maldivian traditions with island hospitality, creating an immersive festive experience for guests throughout the holiday period.

The day will begin with an Eid Prayer Gathering followed by a buffet breakfast at Feast restaurant, featuring a selection of pastries, tropical fruits, and international breakfast favourites.

Families and children will have access to activities at the Kids’ Adventure Camp in Jalsaa, including face painting, arts and crafts, piñatas, bouncy castles, and Eid themed games.

Guests seeking relaxation will also be able to enjoy wellness experiences at Shine Spa for Sheraton, with spa treatments and tranquil surroundings designed to encourage rest and reconnection.

As part of the cultural celebrations, Kakuni Beach will host live DJ performances, henna artistry sessions, and Maldivian traditional games, bringing together guests through local heritage inspired activities.

One of the main highlights of the programme will be the Eid Bodu Mas and Maali Parade, inspired by Maldivian folklore. The procession will feature boduberu drumming, traditional Maali characters, and the iconic giant Bodu Mas fish.

Evening celebrations will continue with the Flavors of Eid Dinner Buffet, offering local specialties, international cuisine, and live grilling stations in a beachside setting.

The night will conclude with the Rhythms of Eid Boduberu Night at Anchorage, where guests can experience traditional Maldivian drumming and live performances by the sea.

The resort said the programme is designed to create memorable Eid experiences centred on culture, connection, and celebration in a relaxed island atmosphere.
