The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is set to host an exclusive celebration of Italian winemaking excellence this October, as Ilaria Felluga, sixth-generation winemaker of the renowned Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore estates, arrives in the Maldives for a two-night Wine Dinner on 24 and 25 October 2025.

Guests attending the event will embark on a journey through the Collio wine region in northeastern Italy, sampling a carefully curated selection of vintages that embody generations of craftsmanship, sustainability, and tradition. Each wine reflects the Felluga family’s legacy, shaped by more than a century of dedication to authenticity and innovation in winemaking.

The dinners will be held at Decanter, the resort’s underground wine cellar, celebrated as one of the most distinctive in the Maldives. Known for its rare vintages and intimate setting, Decanter will provide the backdrop for a bespoke menu created by the resort’s culinary team, crafted to complement the Collio wines. Felluga will personally guide guests through the tasting, sharing insights into her family’s vineyards and their enduring approach to winemaking.

Beyond this unique experience, guests of The St. Regis Maldives can explore six diverse dining venues. These include ALBA, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant overlooking the ocean; Orientale, famed for Pan-Asian specialties; and T•Pan, which offers a refined Japanese Kaiseki experience. Elevated tapas and cocktails can be enjoyed at The Whale Bar, while Crust & Craft provides relaxed al fresco dining with a focus on premium meats and seafood.

Nestled in Dhaalu Atoll, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is widely acclaimed for curating immersive cultural and gastronomic experiences. Its collaboration with Ilaria Felluga underscores the resort’s commitment to offering guests exclusive access to some of the world’s finest culinary and winemaking traditions.
