Winners Ali Shahudh (@chuchu_ynwa) and Abdulla Ahnaf (@j8rdi._) have embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to attend the highly anticipated Liverpool FC vs Tottenham clash, immersing themselves in the electric atmosphere of Anfield.
The #ShowYourRedsLocal contest, launched exclusively for Maldivians between April 13 and 20, invited fans to showcase their passion for Liverpool FC through creative photos shared across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Participants sported official Liverpool FC gear, face paint, and cherished memorabilia, tagging their entries with #ShowYourRedsLocal and posting heartfelt captions about what the club means to them.
Submissions were judged based on photo quality, originality, and the strength of fan spirit, with the winners selected for their outstanding creativity and passion.
This contest is part of Visit Maldives’ broader partnership with Liverpool FC — a collaboration that has already made waves globally. Within just one week of announcing the partnership, Visit Maldives achieved over 80 million in social media reach. Meanwhile, the “Win A Holiday to Maldives” campaign via the MyLFC platform has attracted over 50,000 entries and remains one of the most engaging promotions on the platform.
