President Muizzu Reviews Hulhumalé Phase III Reclamation Progress

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has inspected the Hulhumalé Phase III land reclamation project, a key initiative to address housing challenges in the Malé region.

The project, contracted to Capital Marine and Civil Construction Company Private Limited (CMC), aims to reclaim a total of 63 hectares using a 22,000 CBM dredger from Boskalis. To date, 24 hectares of land have been successfully reclaimed.

The Government has introduced special measures to accelerate land reclamation projects across various parts of the Maldives.
